As a survivor of child abuse I know first hand the importance of confidence and the ability to protect oneself. I'm passionate about educating children and women on how they can protect themselves from those that prey on the perceived weak.
I am International Krav Maga Federation certified Women’s Self Defence Course Instructor and Children’s Self Defence Course Instructor.
Women's courses focus on equipping females with confidence,
awareness and the ability to defend themselves against the specific dangers a woman faces from sexual assault to protecting her
children.
Self-defense classes for children enables them, in a relatively short period, to learn survival techniques carefully adapted to match
their respective age, physical and mental abilities.

Without a doubt, the most rewarding experiences throughout my professional trainer career have been conducting training seminars for the physically and mentally challenged.
Whether blind, bound to a wheelchair or suffering from PTSD, learning how to protect oneself not only provides the vulnerable skills to save their life but also gives a much needed, necessary boost to self-esteem reducing their chances of being a target.
As a certified Adaptive Krav Maga instructor, I'm trained to recognize physical and mental challenges, analyze them and adapt techniques to offset any limitation.
