100 Deadly Skills - Combat Edition
I'm honored to be a part of Clint Emerson's 100 Deadly Skills - Combat Edition, the third edition in his100 Deadly Skills trilogy. The book also serves as a companion guide to the 100 Deadly Skills series streaming on the Warrior Poet Society Network.
The Combat Edition covers hand to hand, blade, pistol, rifle and so much more. Skills are illustrated in a graphic novel format utilizing the likeness of top experts unleashing violence on some of the worst men throughout history .
I have the distinct pleasure of kicking Hitler's ass.
During these uncertain times, this book provides a much needed peace of mind.
A Doorman's Memoir - Tales of Friendships
There aren't many people who can say their the inspiration behind someone else's memoir. Fortunately, I'm one of those few.
A Doorman's Memoir is a self-published memoir by my close friend Brent Lymer, detailing our days working as Vancouver bouncers during the 1990s.
Using downtown Vancouver as it's backdrop, A Doorman's Memoir touches on Vancouver's violent underbelly, while exploring what makes male friendships so endearing, so frustrating and always competitive.
Lymer uses a pithy, self-deprecating voice that tells it like it was, often brutal, hilarious and definitely not politically correct. While primarily a humorous reflection on a past life, the narrative is punctuated with laugh-out-loud circumstances.
In the end, the novel is actually a story about true friendships. Friendships based on trust, humor, loyalty, and a common goal to make it home safely at the end of each shift.

A Nightmare for Bad Guys
‘A Nightmare for Bad Guys,’ is the memoir I'm currently writing. It covers the struggles in my early life, my introduction to the martial arts, conquering sobriety, introspective reflections about the world around me, and my ongoing search for redemption,.
More importantly, it documents how I've come to live by the mantra of assisting others on becoming a nightmare for bad guys.
The book is a work in progress and I will provide updates on its status as I get closer to publishing
